ive been having a serious foot pain in my left foot under my toes toward the middle.?

under the ball of the foot. walking standing and curling toes down ward cause alot of pain. i do not have flat foot. does any one have any idea on what it is? the pain has been there for about 2 days. http://bit.ly/oCpcNc
