Is this a migraine or neuralgia?

The pain is on one side of my head sometimes right, sometimes left. It also hurts on my face, mainly in the cheek & eye-socket areas. I feel sick and dizzy and the pain is excruciating at times. I’ve tried ibuprofen/paracetamol but they don’t work – can anyone help? http://bit.ly/ohbrLq
