Does this sound like trigeminal neuralgia?

Everytime i move my eyes or head, i get a glitch/electric kinda pain flash through my head/face/lower lip/ and sometimes upper body for a split second.. i can see fine but my eyes are always red bloodshot in the morning and have become really sensitive to bright lights [dont know if that has to do [...] http://bit.ly/pzLUaL
