What are the symptoms of gestational diabetes?

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and last week my consultant said that I had sugar in my urine. I am feeling completely exhausted and a little down, could I have gestational diabetes? I have a test booked for 28 weeks. Just though I would add that I am carrying a few extra pounds!! http://bit.ly/oBMELc
