I have a long driving journey in a couple of weeks and would like something that would help my back (sciatica)?

I have looked at the beaded car seat covers and have seen mixed reviews, some say they are uncomfortable. I suffer with sciatica and general back problems and my drive is about 7 hours, would the beaded seat cover be the best option or are there other options?
