What are the symptoms of diabetes in a child?

I babysit for a boy who goes to the bathroom about every 1/2 hour and drinks so much more than any of the other kids. I told his mom about it, but she hasn’t done anything. He also seems to have dark circles around his eyes. Are there any other symptoms? http://bit.ly/r57zDU
