solutions for neuropathy(in the feet) & whether or not a medicine pump is any good?

I have severe neropathy in my feet and have already tried a neurostimulator to no avail and am considering the medicine pump, but not sure if it will fight the pain. Don’t want to have two foreign objects in my body and neither of them work. http://bit.ly/q8yksN
