I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, having trouble with meds?

Recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, (insulin intolerant) they started me on pills to help lower my blood sugar I have been sickevery day that I have taken them,diarrhea nausea and really weak and tired, I have placed a call to my doctor but haven’t heard anything yet?
