i believe i have a condition due to pressure on the sciatic nerve from the piriformis muscle.?

i am curious how much it costs to get a surgery to treat this. i have already been to a chiropractor to hopefully relieve the pressure and inflammation on the nerve. this has not worked, i also tried anti-inflammatory medicine to treat it as well, this also failed.
