If I have type 2 diabetes will i pass the efmp screening?

I have diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Will any of the 3 keep me from going to Schweinfert, Germany with my husband? I am on medication for all 3 right now and have no complications but I’m afraid that I’ll fail the EFMP screening and be denied command sponsorship. http://bit.ly/o6I05B
