Can i get type 2 diabetes when im older?

Well i drink a lot of soda’s, but i only drink coke-cola. I drink one or two a day. I know its bad, and my dad said when i get older i can get type 2 diabetes ? Is this true. How do i stop drinking soda’s? Thanks. http://bit.ly/poOyDx
