What's causing my foot pain on the outer right side of my right foot?

Randomly the other day, the outer right side of my right foot started hurting. It hurts to walk on it now, and I’m concerned that it could be something serious. Do you have any ideas as to what it could be before I see a doctor? http://bit.ly/owLJEs
