Trigeminal neuralgia,advise please?

I’ve just been diagnosed with Trigeminal neuralgia, was prescribed Tegretol, but this medicarion didnt agree with me, was then put on Gabapentin,same story,any advice on pain relief, it’s driving me crazy!!!!! http://bit.ly/psPLzJ
