Trigeminal Neuralgia or Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (Lock Jaw)?

I was diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia. But I am very confused because now my doctor is questioning whether I have trigeminal neuralgia or TMD (Lock Jaw).
