Sciatic nerve pain-any REAL remedies, besides surgery?

My sciatic pain started in January. I have been seeing a chiropractor, but the pain is not getting any better…on a scale of 1 to 10, its a 63, but only when I stand, sit or lay down..CAN ANYONE HELP!!! like alot of people, i don’t have insurance…0+/mo.can’t afford it! http://bit.ly/pWN9er
