ok so i have ben diagnosed w intercostal neuralgia?

i whent to dr and it turns out i have intercostal neuralgia , i looked it up and it says left side rib pain but mine is on the right ? any one heard of this thank u ! and what causes this is it caused by another condition thank you accually it does hurt [...] http://bit.ly/nM2kkV
