How much does the government pay for patients with diabetes ?

My friend says that the government pays ,000 per month for each patient who has diabetes to get two insulin shots per day. This payment is made to the Home Health Care, for their patients. For some reason this doesn’t make any sense to me. Is it true? http://bit.ly/ndPusp
