how long to heal from peripheral neuropathy?

I’ve had it both my hands for over three weeks and it seems to be getting worse,I cant use my left hand at all,feels like i’m walking around with a dead limb. can anything help it heal? i fell on top of my hands and somehow damaged all the nerves in them http://bit.ly/pAhjj5
