How do I wipe out charge offs for unsecured credit after 7 years?

Under the Fair Credit Act, after 7 years, unsecured charge offs drops from your credit. However, I feel like creditors are working hard to reset my 7 year clock so that they can still collect. http://bit.ly/p0dsaa
