how do i know if i've got neuralgia?

I have chronic pain from my neck on one side down through shoulder.Also got bad sinuses/chest pain from cold. Taken nurofen,doesnt help. Woke up with the pain.is it Neuralgia does anyone know please. http://bit.ly/r1VexK
