How can I report delinquencies to a credit bureau?

I own multiple rental units and also do some owner finance. Is it hard for me to report payment activities to the credit bureaus? Does it cost too much? I want to help these people build their credit score, so maybe one day a bank will refinance them. http://bit.ly/qVzFOf
