Can anyone please tell me how to heal a pinched nerve and sciatic nerve besides the dumbs exercises they give?

I have been going to a dr. for 9 mo. now and I am still in same condition. He keeps sending me to physical therapy and they give me these dumb exercises and nothing happens and I am in pain. Can some please tell me what to do? http://bit.ly/mSP41L
