Any suggestions for sciatic nerve pain?

So, I’m 7 months EXACTLY today, and my back is killing me, right about the tailbone. I’m assuming it’s the sciatic nerve. I go to the doctor Wednesday and plan on asking him about it, but I wanted to see if any of you had any quick suggestions? http://bit.ly/qXIVzM
