Aching in my left arm and left leg is this a sign of peripheral neuropathy HIV carpal tunnel or pinched nerve?

I have been having this acheing in my left arm and left leg but my right arm and right leg are perfectly fine this is very strange could this be peripheral neuropathy and I was also wondering could this be a symptom of HIV or could this just be a pinched nerve http://bit.ly/qaGRB5
