Should i take Oramorph Morphine for Sciatica Back Pain ?

I have severe sciatica pain down left leg for last week and its affecting my sleep Doctor has perscribed me Oramorph to take every few hours Im not sure if i want to start taking something that could be addictive anyone had any experience with this stuff ? http://bit.ly/oEEu5X
