Has anyone with Trigeminal Neuralgia ever had cataract surgery?

My 87 year old Grandmother suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia and cataracts. She can hardly see and the cataract surgery will give her better eyesight, but she is afraid it will badly exacerbate the TGN.
